Are you campaining on issues of social and environmental justice, or have you thought about getting involved? Young Friends of the Earth Scotland would like to invite you to a fun weekend trip near Stirling from 1st-2nd April to get you skilled up for taking action on the issues you care about.
Our grassroots network is growing and encompasses young activists engaged in many exciting projects and campaigns. This weekend will provide an opportunity to share our skills and experiences, engage in some collective learning, and make new friends along the way. It doesn't matter whether you’ve been campaigning for years or are just taking your first steps into activism, this weekend is open to you!
WHO? This event is for anyone living in Scotland, aged between 18-30.
WHERE? Victoria Hall , Dunblane. We will stay one night in the Stirling Youth Hostel (St John Street).
WHEN? At 09:30 am outside Stirling Youth Hostel on Saturday to take train together to Dunblane (approx 20 minutes).
COST? Participation in the weekend is free, including accommodation. Limited funds may be available for transport* if necessary. We do ask for a £5 donation towards the meals.
