Railways and Climate Change: Day of Action

The UK already has some of the most expensive train fares in the world, but the government plans to continue to hike the prices up. In order to combat global warming it is necessary to invest in railways.

There are some key dates coming up including a national day of action on 13 August. These are being coordinated by the Action for Rail network, Campaign for Better Transport and the Campaign against Climate Change.
