The Stop Climate Chaos Coalition is calling for people across the UK to connect with others in their communities on 5th-6th November and lobby their MPs.
With supporters from more than 100 organisations coming together in their communities for the Big Climate Connection, we’ll show MPs that people from all walks of life – from environment to development groups, from unions to local community and health groups - are calling for action on climate change.

If you enjoyed putting your candidates on the spot by asking the climate question in the run up to the election, then you’ll be excited to hear about our next events to put the UK’s new Government on the spot.

Stop Climate Chaos coalition member Be That Change invites you to join Wake Up: Walk Out: a day of peaceful action to demand that the Government commits to a 42% reduction in carbon emissions.
Wake Up: Walk Out will be on 26th April, a day when activists all over the country will be campaigning as part of the Ask the Climate Question’s Climate Change Day.
1. Wake Up: Send a wake up call to the UK Government by texting WAKEUP to 82222 followed by your name and postcode. Your message will be delivered, along with others, to Downing Street.
2. Walk Out: At 1pm on Monday 26th April stop what you are doing, wherever you are, and Walk Out. Go into the streets and send the message to the Government to cut carbon emissions by 42%.
With the election date announced, the Ask the Climate Question campaign is in full swing, to put climate change firmly on the election agenda.
